With 25+ years in the title industry, Tammy is committed to delivering a seamless customer experience. She has led a team of 15 and supported over 120 staff, while leveraging her passion for technology to streamline processes.
Outside of work, Tammy enjoys the traditions of Door County, particularly a good fish boil (without the fish).
CAROLYN DAMMEN

Carolyn has over 12 years of experience in the title insurance industry, committed to making every closing smooth and stress-free.
For fun, Carolyn enjoys golfing, working out, traveling, and spending weekends at the lake cottage with her husband of 20 years, Aaron, and their two children, Lauren and Connor.

Samantha brings two decades of experience in customer service, business development, and keeping things organized—but while she’s new to the title world, she’s not new to taking care of people. She’s motivated by learning new things, building relationships, and helping clients feel at ease through what can sometimes be a complex process.
Outside the office, Samantha is either traveling somewhere around the world or trying to keep up with her two busy boys.

With nearly 40 years in title insurance, Deb brings expertise, integrity, and a strong connection to the Janesville community. She serves on the City’s Plan Commission and has held roles on the City Council, local advisory boards, and revitalization efforts.
Outside of work and meetings, Deb enjoys exploring new places, meeting interesting people, and discovering great restaurants—she’s a foodie at heart!

With 25+ years in the title industry, Patti has progressed from typing finals to becoming a Title Examiner. She values the constant opportunity to learn and grow.
Outside of work, Patti enjoys outdoor activities with her husband of 38 years, whether biking or relaxing with a good book on the beach.

Before law school, Cameron gained hands-on experience in the mortgage industry, sparking her passion for real estate and finance law. She earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2022 and now blends legal knowledge with practical insight in her title work.
Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her very spoiled chihuahua, Viggo.

With over six years as a Closing Officer, Lynnette balances her love for real estate with her passion for skincare, running both careers part-time. She enjoys the variety and learning that title work brings, as well as the personal connections through skincare.
Outside of work, she spends time with her husband, kids, four dogs, two cats, and tending to her garden.

Born and raised in Eagle River, Kim has spent nearly three decades in the title insurance industry, including 28 years as a licensed title examiner. With a business degree from UW-Superior, she brings both experience and dedication to serving clients.
She also serves as President of the City Council and on the Plan Commission, focusing on responsible development and preserving Eagle River’s character. The Northwoods has always been home—and she especially enjoys its beauty in the fall.

Pamela is new to the title industry and brings four years of insurance experience, along with more than 15 years in customer service, public speaking, staff management, and grant writing and management. She enjoys working with people and helping clients navigate services to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Trista enjoys hiking, kayaking, UTV and motorcycle trips, and spending time with family and friends. She has been married to her husband, Jeff, for 29 years and is a proud mom to Ethan and Emilie, along with fur babies Dixie and Daisy.
